Chief Executive Officer

Neeraj is a business professional with an MBA from the University of Cambridge. He was born in the beautiful tea growing region of Darjeeling in India. Having grown up amidst the aromas and flavours of the finest teas he is a great fan of all things tea.

He is passionate about social entrepreneurship as a means to bringing about positive social change and absolutely enjoys combining his love for tea with his passion for changing the world.

Vishaka Chhetri Agarwal

Chief Product Officer/ Master Blender

Vishaka is a microbiologist and educationist. She is native to the Himalayan tea growing region of Darjeeling and has done extensive research on the microbial properties of tea. Vishaka is our in-house tea specialist. She has conducted various tea training sessions for a wide variety of audiences.

With her great nose for different aromas and flavours of tea, Vishaka has been behind many of Tea People’s award-winning blends and infusions.
